Marqu\u00e9e par \u00ab les formes naturelles de son enfance en Corse : coquillages, \u00e9lytres de scarab\u00e9es, ancolies, pommes de pin, \u00e9cailles de poissons \u00bb, elle privil\u00e9giait \u2014 et c\u2019est ce qui fait sa singularit\u00e9 \u2014 les mat\u00e9riaux pauvres : plumes, li\u00e8ge, cristaux, canetille, velours, tartan, rhodo\u00efd. Colliers, pendentifs et broches d\u2019une stup\u00e9fiante l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, boucles d\u2019oreilles, bracelets et peignes, piques \u00e0 corsage ou \u00e0 chapeau, ses cr\u00e9ations minutieuses et inspir\u00e9es \u00e9merveillent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 proportion de leur fragilit\u00e9 qui les vouait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re.
